Existing users of a project suddenly cannot see the project

We have an existing jira project, which are being worked on by 7 folks. 5 of them cannot see the project while the 2 can still view it. There is no change in roles and permissions in the project - the group is assigned as developers and users roles, with permissions to browse.

Go to permission helper and have a look why these users can not see this project.
