Existing Jira logged time transferring to Tempo

Hello.  Is anyone aware if existing time logged to issues in Jira can be transferred to Tempo?  I loaded Tempo as a free trial and noticed none of our previously logged hours would show within Tempo.  If I recorded new hours on an issue, they did appear.  We also log time to Jira when the commit is completed in Bitbucket through the Bitbucket comments.  Would this also work with Tempo?  I uninstalled the plug-in as I didn't want our time records to have disruption if the time won't transfer between the two methods.  Thanks in advance.

Hi Andrew,

time entires in Jira will be copied over to Tempo after you have installed the Tempo Timesheets. However this sync process can take a while (up to a couple of days).
