Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Per your description, I understand you would like to know in what Sprint a specific issue (sub-task) was finished and how many Story points it had at the time of the closure. Is that correct?

By default, neither the Sprints or the Story points should be changed after the issue is closed in Jira, so the last Sprint and story points should be displayed in the issue view itself. Allow me to give you an example:

In the screenshot above, the issue last Sprint of the issue was "Quadro Sprint 6" and it has 8 Story points.

Now, if you work with the possibility to edit the Sprint and story points field after the issue is closed, I'm afraid the only way to check this information would be at the history of the issue, considering the chronological events right before the issue was closed to know the information you need:
