Estimations can't be added to issues

I'm currently trying to manage a compared-managed Jira sprint board.

I've turned on estimations and can see estimations in the backlog view.  But when I try to click on the '0' to add a value it doesn't open up the input field.

This feature works fine on the team-managed Jira board, but not for the compared-managed Jira board. Are there extra steps I need to take to make it function as intended?

Hello @Simon Nguyen

This is because you would need to use the Story Points field instead of the Story point estimate:Screenshot 2024-03-04 at 10.32.24.png

The Story Points field is being used in the company-managed project.

Thanks fore replying @Nikola Perisic

We are using a company-managed project currently.

Both labels in the backlog and the card details are 'story point estimate' (so they match)

I tried to follow the thread you listed but I couldn't figure out if it's the same issue I'm having.

Shouldn't I be able to click on the empty 'story point estimate' on the backlog card and be able to change it from there? Screenshot 2024-03-04 204548.png

Yes, you should be able to do it, but also you need to have the Story Points field as well, so when you change it in the backlog, it will be changed in the issue field as well.
