Is there a function for suggesting the estimated time on an assignment, without tracking the time or set a startdate?

Hi @elin

Yes, for estimation there is. When Time Tracking is active it makes the Estimate-field track time (estimate how many hours/days it will take to complete a task). For the boards you can configure to not use Remaining estimate and Time spent (which is used when want the users to actively track how much time they spend on a task). This option is under Board > Configure > Estimation and the option that does it is named Time Tracking and should be set to None.
