This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using the Backlog
I would like to know if it's possible to have an estimation of the backlog and if it's possible to fix a sum of point in a version ?

In the "Backlog" view, there will be 3 circles that summarizes the total Story Points (and Story counts). No you cannot set a fix sum on this, there is no native feature for it in JIRA.
