In Jira server, the backlog view has a total estimated points in the bottom right-hand corner. And when you apply a quickfilter, it'll show the filtered total as a fraction of the full total. This was immensely helpful when planning future sprints, and considering point allocation per skill/working group on the pod, to ensure load matched velocity. I lack that visibility now, and am left to rudimentary counting of points across stories. Please restore the total estimate view!
Hello @Clayton Rountree
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you working in a Kanban board or Scrum board?
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the backlog or board.
I see that this information is available at the top of the Backlog for Scrum boards for Company Managed projects.
I don't see it on Kanban boards, nor do I see it in Team Managed project boards.
I'm on a Scrum board in a Company Managed Project...but that does not show...does that mean its likely not enabled by Company admins?

Do you have the Estimation setting for the board set to Story points?
Do you see estimation totals above your sprints?
Do you see an estimation total above the backlog if you are not filtering?
Can you provide a screen image of your Backlog screen showing the estimation totals for sprints and the Backlog?
