Estimate points not showing on Scrum board

Hello,

Our Scrum board stopped to show the Estimates in the gray circle of the tickets.

We managed to show it as a field of a ticket, but this is just a temporary  solution:

Although we configured 'Story Points' in the board configuration:

Also if we execute a filter, we can't see the estimates:

Is it a bug or a misconfiguration from our side?

Hello,

In your board configuration you chose Story Points as Estimation Statistic. You should switch to Original Estimate. In this case you will be able to see Original Time Estimate in the grey circle.

I tried also that, but the gray circles are empty the same.

It seems the problem is elsewhere...
