Estimate in parent Task, but I log in Sub Task. how do I get it to calculate correctly

So, I have a Project which has a bucket of hours, that means I have for example 200 hours that any of my 4 developers can use. it doesn´t work like 50 for each as BD some times work more while on other days FD works more. 

So, I need to estimate the Project on the parent Ticket and log my hours on the Sub task ticket.

how do i do it, and please don´t tell me its better to put the estimated hours in the sub task, if i wanted to do that I would have done.

Hello, 

You should use the Time Tracking panel to sum up sub task work to the parent level:

Screenshot 2019-08-02 at 08.08.21.pngIf you provide a value for the Original Estimate field (add Timetracking field to screens), you will se the panel in view issue screen.
