Error while adding Xray issue types in project

Hello everyone

I am trying to incorporate Xray with my current Jira project to have the issue types available. However when I try to add the Xray issue types (Xray Settings > Summary> Add Xray Issue Types) I receive the following error:

"Error occurred while adding issue types to issue type schema"

I have administration rights, how do I resolve this issue?

Hi @Jessica Marcelino Leal and welcome to the community,

do you have any other test management plugin in place in your system that might already be connected with your project? Is there maybe an issue type already existing that has the same name than an issue type of xray?

Furthermore: Do you have global Admin rights or project administration rights?

Could you please share screenshots of your xray setting screen where you try add the xray issue types as well as from your project´s issue type scheme?
