In one of the spaces in Jira Cloud, I have started getting this error message when I try to access backlog for past few days. is anyone else facing this issue?

there are lot of open items in the backlog which I can't close immediately.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Vishal Biyani

IMO - you should contact with Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com). They will be able to trace this error by hash and tell you what is a cause here.

Thanks @Sebastian Krzewiński

As suggested, I have raised a support ticket with Atlassian. Let's see what the support analyst comes back with.

Hi @Vishal Biyani ,

Is anyone else on your team experiencing the same issue? Can you try using a different machine, browser, or network? If this is happening on a desktop, can you also try accessing it from a mobile device? And were you able to access the backlog previously?
