Error when trying to create Jira site

Get the following issue when trying to create a Jira site:


Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Trace ID: 2aed61075d9c4d4c8fb3cb72d091c5ac)


Assume it's because the site existed prior, around 2023 -- but difficult to list the Jira site involved when trying to raise an issue with support, as the site doesn't exist yet.

Hi @Steve ,

Can you maybe try the following way to add new Jira app/site: Add a new Atlassian app or collection to your organization 👈
If you don't have organization where you'd like to add this new Jira, you could create one by following this: Create an Atlassian organization (check the part "Create an organization without apps")

Alternatively, if you need to contact support, you can use the following channel: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Product Trials > Trial a new product and click on Need more help? at the bottom corner to get to a form which you can submit. 
Here, you can explain the issue you're having and share that error trace ID you're seeing.
