Error when pushing bug to Jira - Form field "" does not specify a field type

On clicking the Push button in the test case result screen I get an error message that states "the Form field "releasenotes" does not specify a field type". 

There is a video showing a fix but this relates to a misspelled system field name in the integration screen.  This is not my issue.  I have deleted the original field and replaced it with a new one checking that the spelling of the system field name is correct.

Any ideas?
