When I attach an email ,msg to an issue either as an attachment or in a comment i get the following error:
"xxx.msg was not uploaded, We could not connect to the file storage service. Please try again in a moment.".
This affects multi users in our site and we are able to add other attachment types.
Anyone had similar issues?

Sorry to hear you are facing this problem.
The error you are facing is usually caused by a timeout or a blocker(Firewall, proxy, etc) in your network.
That being said, I recommend the following steps to properly troubleshoot this issue:
1 - Try to upload the file from a different network
2 - Make sure your infra team has whitelisted the Atlassian Domains and IP ranges in your network:
Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains
3 - Finally, doublecheck if the attachment you are trying to upload does not exceed the size allowed in your instance. This information can be checked in your JIRA site under JIRA Settings > System > Attachments.
