Error using Jira and Bitbucket (Atlassian Labs) on pull requests

Hi,
I get this error when checking pull requests with the Jira and Bitbucket extension (Atlassian Labs).
I don't know if it is related but I get these problems:
- Recurrently the differences are not shown, the changes are shown as if a whole new file is being created, but it is not, only a few lines were modified.
- Occasionally opening the modified files shows changes that are already merged with the target branch.
