Error: "Paid-via-Atlassian apps cannot be changed to be compatible with a different product"

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am getting the error: "Paid-via-Atlassian apps cannot be changed to be compatible with a different product" and even though I removed the checks on "Compatible with Jira Service Management" and "Compatible with Jira Software" (it's a Jira Cloud plugin) the error still remains.
