Error message - Access to SumUp Gadget is restricted

We are running JIRA v7.5.0 and have several dashboards that use the SumUp Gadget.  The SumUp Gadget is SumUp Filter Gadget By Decadis AG  (description: Show sums of filter results).  Recently our existing dashboards that have been using this gadget for months are displaying the error message "Access to SumUp Gadget is restricted."  I haven't been able to figure out what the restriction is and what I need to change to be able to use this gadget.  

Has anyone had this problem and were you able to fix it?  What did you need to change to allow access to the data the gadget needs?

I found the problem!  Under Administration - SumUp-Plugin, I didn't know we had permissions set to deny access to the SumUp gadget for certain user groups.  Once I updated the permissions to allow my users to see the data, that solved the problem.
