Error importing as CSV file containing user story title, acceptance criteria etc.

Can anyone help please what could be the cause why I'm not successful with the upload of CSV file. See error below.

This general error can be caused by several possible syntax errors, so we would need to take a look in your CSV file to better troubleshoot it.

That been said, please provide us with the following information so we can help you:

1 - Add the CSV file you are trying to import - Please, erase all your personal data from it before

2 - Have you exported this CSV file from other application or you have manually build it from scratch?

3 - Try to export one of your issues with the same fields that you are trying to import. Then, compare both CSV files to ensure it is properly configured.
