Error before upgrading the Insights ( Incompatible -update available )
Hello,
I have followed the instructions given in the below document.
https://documentation.mindville.com/display/INSSERV/Preparing+for+Insight+Version+8.4
However, it is currently giving me an error (attached) when I try to drop the table prior to upgrading it. This was my first approach.
The second approach was uninstalling the insights and then try to drop the table, it's still giving me the same error.
Currently installed Insights version 8.3.2
Jira version: 8.8.1
