When we try to add an attachment to a ticket, the dialog box that pops us asking if we want to add a comment or not is broken
instead of having the buttons and text area to add a comment. the HTML code for that pop up are in the text area.
We can not attach any file to any ticket. and when the splash screen shows up. we have to refresh to get rid of it.
4 days ago, we made an upgrade from 8.6 to 8.22, so this could have been a bug that was addressed in a prior version.
