Error Failed to Retrieve User

Hi everyone, I have this message until the morning, I don't know what is the reason, but this message appear each 20 minutes approx. I can't see people assigned to a card

We had an incident today where it was causing the users to show as "Failed to retriever user", but it was already fixed.
