I want to create a site for JIRA evaluation (10 members free account)

I can register and login successfully, but I see this error feedback： 

What could be the reason and How can I solve it.

1. Simplify your subdomain to avoid restricted patterns, try with some other domain name .

2. Test again in incognito mode, and if the error persists, reach out to Atlassian support with the issue ID shown. They’ll be able to look up the exact backend cause.
