Error 403, when trying to open the knowledge base

Hi Comunity!

I will like your help to resolve the following issue: I am getting error 403, when trying to open the knowledge base from 1 project in the Jira Software.

 any advice?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? It will say at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

And is this a Software, Business, or Service Management project? That will be stated at the top of the navigation pane, directly below the project name.

Are you able to open the knowledge base linked to other projects? What types of projects are those?

Is this a new failure for this one project? Did it previously work for this one project?
