Error 401 when consuming /rest/auth/1/session POST method

Error 401 when consuming /rest/auth/1/session POST method

I am trying to consume the said method using ARC (Advanced Rest Client) Extension of Chrome. I have tried the Base64 email:apitoken but I am still getting a 401. What am I doing wrong? Or is it that third-party tools aren't allowed to?
