Error 1YRV3Q4 - How do I go to projects?

After receiving an invite to a project, I am unable to view its contents. The team uses Confluence, but I can't say how that could impact the situation. The project view appears empty but for the error message.

That error code is not really about an error, it tells us, the end-user, nothing.

It's actually just a marker in the logs and data for Atlassian to look for when you report this error to them.  It's likely more than one Cloud system is seeing it, as it's referring to an error that's common to many systems.

All we can do is tell you to

• Try again, it may have been fixed by now, or possibly even was a complete co-incidence at the time, so gone away on its own!
• Report it directly to Atlassian if you get it again.  We can't help with it, but Atlassian would like to know it's happened and who is getting it, and it'll help them find and fix it
