If Jira says you lack administrator permissions, you likely need to be added to the jira-administrators group or given Site Admin access at admin.atlassian.com.

What is the URL you are trying to access? Show us everything in the URL that comes after atlassian.net/

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

Looks like you do not have Administrator permission to access certain functionalities of Jira.

Navigate to admin.atlassian.com -> Users -> Search for your user account -> Grant access -> provide yourself Jira administrator permission
