Epic pulling through as 'not defined' in timesheet dashboard

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are trying to move our timesheets across from a different provider to within JIRA. Setting up the jobs was no problem at all, however I am now trying to create reports that are grouped by Epic. The Epic name is pulling through as 'not defined', has anyone had the same issue?
