Enforce SSO

Hi, We have locked our account by enabling the sso enforcement in the Authentication Policy. Can you disable that option so that we can login to the system again. The url for our portal is https://roamsupport.atlassian.net/ This is urgent

Hi dear,

this is not the support portal, is the community you can ask people to suggest you some tricks for your issues. Btw in the  autenticathions policy tab you need to deselect the option option enforce sso
