Enabling rich text in JIRA forms for custom fiels

Hello All,

I have created a JIRA form for my team managed project. 

'I want to...' is a custom field with Wiki style format which enables the rich text function.

My requirement is that in the forms too, I should be able to see the Rich text option just like in description field to be there in my custom field too.

Please let me know how would be that possible. Thanks in advance!

If I add a paragraph field in a form and it's not linked to a Jira field, by default this is using wiki format.

Or are you talking about a screen and the fields on the screen, then if it's a text field, change the rendered of the field in the Field Configuration used on the project.

Steps:

1. Open Project Settings
2. Fields
3. Edit icon (you will edit the configuration of all projects using this field configuration).
4. Find the required field
5. Select the option "Renderers"
6. Choose "Wiki Style Renderer"
7. Select Update

Thank you for the response but I have already done this configuration. I am here talking about the Jira forms. The visibility of Rich text format which making entry in Jira forms. Thanks

Hi @Saili 

A Text option is always Rich Text, use the preview option after making a form with paragraph fields.

But only paragraph field, not short and long text fields
