Enable language specific code styles in comments

Greetings,

We're running an older instance of Jira (v 5.2.11) on a private server. We had our original server die, so we successfully restored a backup on new hardware.

The only thing we noticed that did not restore fully was the setting to enable the {code} markdown in the comments section of Jira issues.

Though the search phrase "Jira enable code in comments" leads to 99% of the results not being about my issue, I did manage to find a page that pointed me to the (I think) Plug In I needed to configure for {code} markdown to work. I flipped the switch and all of our generic {code} comments came to life.

However, I am now being told that the {code} markdown for specific languages, like {code:sql} is not working. For the life of me I can't even get back to the plug in (I think) that let me turn {code} on. And again, for the life of me I can't get a google search phrase that is helpful (just "jira comment code" leads to results solving every other problem but mine).
