I have a team-managed Jira Software Standard subscription.
I have then 250 GB of free space and I would like to monitor it. If if go to Atlassian Admin section, then my product, what I see is:
... But I think it's impossible, at least one GB or more are used in my projects with the attachments we attached in our issues ...
How can I make sure that this is correct? Do I have to activate some specific setting?

I can understand that this seems odd.
The 250 GB limit primarily tracks attachments, not issue metadata (comments, descriptions, statuses). If the attachments are small or minimal, it might still show 0 GB if the usage is very low.
Otherwise, there's always a delay in synchronisation. So if all the problems have just been created today, it might take a while to sync.

Actually, in our projects there a many attachments, which is why I have doubts that we are using less than 1 GB of storage. Also, it's been like this for a while (at least 2 weeks), so I'm afraid it's not a synchronisation issue in this case...
