Embedded Confluence Doc in JIRA ticket Can't show Preview Directly to Header
I'm using "Embed" feature to show the Confluence Doc (PRD), directly to header inside the table to show the requirements in the JIRA ticket.
Usually, the preview on JIRA ticket shows directly to the header in the PRD, so the developers don't have to search the section again in JIRA. Right now, it didn't show directly to header, and also when user clicks on the Confluence link it also not redirect user directly to header.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Confluence doc, with several headers
2. Copy one of the header link
3. Paste the link to JIRA ticket, show as Embed
Condition:
1. On the JIRA ticket, it didn't show the header directly
2. When the link is clicked, it didn't redirect user to the header directly
Expected:
1. On the JIRA ticket in Embed view, it should scroll to the header directly
2. When the link is clicked, it should scroll to the header directly
