We currently have it set up where if we reply to the Jira/atlassian email it will update it online with the email. However, it gives way too much detail, sent from headers and footers and a bunch of internet transmission garbage.
How can I set it to only update the open issue with just a the body of the email rather than excess info?

Currently, it's not possible to edit agent notification. This notification is generated by the system, so we can't customize.
