Greetings,

How can i set up so that on every project if someone comments, edits, creates something all who are involved and are watching to recieve on their email notification?
Currently we are not recieving email when someone adds something.

Hello!

You'll want to make sure that your project's "Notification Scheme" is specifying the users you want to be notified.

When you say "adds something", do you mean when they've created a new ticket, updated a field on a ticket, or added an attachment/link to a ticket? In either case, you'll want to make sure that the person is part of the "grouping" for the "Notification Scheme's" event type.

You can also use the Notification helper to see why exactly a user isn't receiving a notification for that exact scenario you've described (it will give a quick summary for that specific user and why/when they would or wouldn't receive a notification).

We are using the deafult notification scheme. I will attach a photo of the settings.
