Email notifications NOT received

For the last one month, any email notifications received from JIRA while creating new tasks, bugs, comments, etc, which is very difficult for us.  Can you please fix this issue.  It is very very urgent

I found there appears to have been a suppression to several accounts on your domain.  I have cleared this from our side.  However there has been an SMTP response when trying to send mail to users on your domain of:

421 4.4.0 [internal] no mail servers for this domain could be reached at this time

If this continues, I would recommend reaching out to your mail administrator for additional help here.  That error message is typically only generated if the mail server is down, or perhaps there are incorrect DNS MX records for your domain.
