wondering if anyhow faces the same problem.
Email notification is not sent to anyone in my team whenever there are issues updates.
We check both the notification scheme and personal setting and everything seems to be placed.
The jira mobile application seems to notify us with issues but there aren't any emails alert.
Anyone is able to advise?
Hi Jace, what do your project Notifications look like? Are you sure that they reflect the desired update notifications for the roles/groups associated w/ your users?

And the email notification are just not coming in.

So I assume that you or your team are falling into a assignee, reporter or watcher for any of these issues. According to notification image attached, those are the only individuals that would receive a notification. And as you had mentioned earlier anyone will not see notifications for updates that they personally make.
