I need your support here.
before 8 days ago, I and my teams cannot receive any email notifications.
our emails are company emails,
but anyone who uses @gmail emails or any email ( except our company email ) can receive email notifications.
we using G suits and I contact google support, we create a filter for blocked emails and spam but still not work.
any advice, please?

You are not receiving Jira cloud notifications on any of the licensed user accounts that use your company email address, is that correct? If you use a licensed user with an @gmail.com account the emails go through.
What have you set up as your outgoing email account, are you using the default Atlassian account?
