Email ticket creation was enabled with an email address we provided and recently stopped working. We are using the free version of Jira Service Management. When looking at the settings the following screen is shown, which is strange because we are still working on this project.
Hello, Good day. If the project is present and you are unable to view the project, then you don't have required permission. Any admin user can go to Project settings >> Permission and provide you "Browse project" permission. Refer the link : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/ to troubleshoot email issue creation problem.
Hi, I am both an admin on this project and an org admin. The other admin for this project cannot see it either.
I can see other settings, this setting specifically is not working.
