i am trying to customization for issue notification.

The requirement is to remove the version details from the notification.

You can do so via the Velocity Templates outlined at https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/customizing-email-content-938847640.html

The other option would be to use a plugin like Notification Assistant for Jira(that we make).
