How can I change my email with another one? I get this message below.

As per the message, since the email is already taken, you may not be able to update your current accounts mail to that address.
Although, is the second account also yours? If yes, I would suggest getting in touch with Atlassian's Support team to get confirmation on how to proceed, since https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/ this doesn't mention if deleting one account frees up that email for use elsewhere.
