I need to change email admin from. I have changed and recieved email. The detail as below, please advise solution to solve this issue.

Your email change request could not be processed because .... is already associated with another Atlassian account.

The error means the email you want to use is already linked to another Atlassian account. To fix this you can:
Free up the email – Log in to the other Atlassian account that’s using this email and change it to a different one. Once that’s done, you can update your admin account with the email you want.
Use a different email – If you don’t have access to the other account, you’ll need to use another email address for your admin account.
If you’re not sure which account is using the email, try resetting the password here: https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword.
