I'm running the Helpdesk project via Jira
I setup the Email Request integrated via techsupport@domain.com
Whenever an email was sent to that email, we will received the Jira tickets
But sometimes, I got the error logs: Current user is not active
How can I solve this issue and import that request?

When you use the Jira incoming mail handler you need to specify a default user. This is so that if an email comes in from a non-user then the reporter is set to the default user. Do you have a default user assigned? If so when a non-licensed individual sends in an email does the default user get set as the reporter?
How can I setup a default user?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You specify the Default user in the Mail handler. Please go to settings (cog) > System > Incoming Mail and find your mail handler and edit it. Click Next and check the Default Reporter field.
