Why is it that I (Primary technical contact)am the only one getting the notifications from info@e.atlassian.com
and not my secondary technical contact) on the license?
I received this mail with the summary:
High severity vulnerability in Jira Server & Data Center
form the sender mentioned above, if I don't have the time it is vital that the other gets it as well.
Welcome to community. I can understand how this can be an annoyance. To my understanding Technical Contacts are just people that have access to open tickets with Atlassian using the SEN
Only the primary contact gets these alerts by design.
There are two ways around this. First is to make the email a group email (this is what we did at my old company). Alternatively you can set a mail filter rule to forward those messages.
