Email Notifications not sending
We have a webhook setup to create a new task in our project when a new record is created in our new work/change request app in our database. The webhook works fine to create the issue, but I'm not getting email notifications that the issue is created. Here's a screenshot of the notification settings:
Why am I not getting emails when new issues are created via the webhook? Is this a known issue?
