When we go into SYSTEM and OUTBOUND EMAIL, we can send out a test email, that works fine.  When there are changed to a card, or we use the @email process, these are not getting delivered.

Hello Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Checking bounces and blocks for your domain, I found out that some emails were blocked by the following error:

550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in relay recipient table

I removed those blocks for 96 different email addresses, so it should work now.

If it doesn't work, can you please let us know if this is happening for all users?

Is it happening for all tickets or specific ones?

When did this issue start?

Regards,
Angélica

So we tried to use the @[email] thinking it should work.

It still does not seem to function properly, we are not getting the emails.

It started about mid last week, mar 4, 2020 and appears to be for all users, all tickets.

Thank you for the details, Mark.

Can you please check on Jira settings > System > Outgoing mail to check if it’s enabled?

Also, check on Global mail settings if the Email processor is On.

Please, confirm if you are a watcher of the tickets you need to receive notifications.
