Email Notifications Broken

We recently migrated our email server (4 days ago), ever since, half our users no longer receive any Jira/Confluence email notifications and the others only receive them intermittently. We have troubleshooted everything email server side and have no problems with any other provider, so it appears to be on Atlassian's side. I am not able to run most of the troubleshooting steps in the help guides since OnDemand instances appear to be badly crippled in functionality. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue and are there any fixes/workarounds?

That's one you'll need to raise with atlassian support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact if you're sure it's not your mail servers.

We've done a full investigation on our end, along with confirmation from the email provider who assured us that there are no issues. Does Atlassian cloud servers cache email autodiscovery information in ways that would have it stored as the old mailserver incorrectly. I've contacted Atlassian support earlier today, but no reply as of yet.
