Hey @huzaifa shaikh , welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately, Atlassian does not support editing custom field types after they are created. I would recommend creating a second field in the type you require.

I will note, deleting the first will remove any data stored in it, if it's been used.

Currently,  it is not possible to edit the type of custom field after its created. Instead you need to create a new field with the appropriate settings. We do have an open Feature Request (FR) for this functionality:

• JRACLOUD-68930: Change the Type of a Custom Field
