I have a few Issue Collectors that I've embedded onto an internal website to allow for quick ticket submission. Now that they are deployed I need to edit some of the description and message of the ticket within the Issue Collector. I am able to get to the edit page and make the edits, I update the page and Submit the changes. But they never actually save. I've turned off all chrome extensions and anything else I can think of. I am at a complete lose right now as to what steps to take to make sure I can edit these items as needed. Any information would be extremely helpful.

Per your description, I understand that you are trying to update your issue collector with some additional fields, however, they are not being saved, so the Issue collector remains the same as before the edit. Is that correct?
I believe you might be impacted by the following bug, triggered when you use the "Custom" option in the issue collector form:
Issue collector custom template checkbox for custom fields is broken
Can you confirm if that's the problem you are facing?
If yes, please vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
If you are facing something different, please provide us with some screenshots or a video so we can better understand and troubleshoot the problem.
My problem takes place in the same area and yes I am using the Custom template, but the areas I am trying to edit are very different than the ticket you provided. I have attached an image with 2 blue boxes, those are the areas I am trying to edit and those won't save either.
