Editing Project Board - Next Generation Scrum

I'm trying to set up my Next Gen. Scrum board. When I click on the "..." at the top-right of the screen my only option is "Manage Rules". Under the new design where would I be able to edit the board settings and create quick filters? I've looked at all of the documentation and everything I'm able to find points me to that "...". 

HEEEELP!! :)

You can not setup the borad for an Agility project yet.
