Edit global time tracking settings: display format doesn't save

To reproduce:

  1. Go to https://[subdomain].atlassian.net/secure/admin/TimeTrackingAdmin.jspa
  2. Click "Edit global settings"
  3. Change the time display format and click "Save"
  4. Refresh the page
  5. Click "Edit global settings" and see that settings have changed back

Any update on this? We experience the exact same problem as described above.
